Payment and receipts

• Stripe processes card payments and sends the payment receipt when receipts are enabled.
• Card statements should show PHOTOSELIE* DOWNLOAD for new checkout payments.
• Keep the Stripe receipt plus your PhotosByElie order ID; the order ID is what recovers downloads.

Delivery and recovery

• After payment, the order page prepares private download links for each purchased file.
• Use the order ID and checkout email on the order page if you need to redownload later.
• Current download links can expire or hit a download limit; support can review a paid order and refresh delivery when appropriate.

Default digital license

• Digital purchases include personal print and personal web use for the buyer.
• Commercial use, resale, redistribution, stock licensing, merchandise, and AI-training use need written approval first.
• Ask before using a file for a client, product, paid campaign, or public commercial project.

Refund and delivery issues

• If a file cannot be delivered, a duplicate charge appears, or the wrong resolution was purchased by mistake, email support with the order ID.
• Refunds are reviewed case by case. Delivery failures and duplicate charges are treated as support issues first.
• Use the Email support button from your order page for delivery help.
